Villa Bella: three bedroom house with pool and beach access cozumel

Villa Bella is a beautiful, Mexican contemporary style house located in a private, gated residential area 6.6 kms North of downtown Cozumel. It is just steps from a nice, natural sandy beach.

 The main floor of the house boasts a large, comfortable living room with TV and a/c, surrounded by large windows which provide lots of natural light, and great view of the swimming pool and terrace. Just a couple of steps up, you'll see the spacious dining  room and fully equipped kitchen, also with lots of natural light. There is a powder room on this main floor.

 On the lower level, 2 bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds) share a full bathroom; both bedrooms have a/c, TVs and  big sliding windows facing a private garden.

 The huge master bedroom sits on the top floor of the house, and includes an ensuite bathroom, lots of closet space, TV, a/c and large balcony with a nice view of the Caribbean Ocean

 The Villa also has a large terrace, swimming pool, and an open kitchenette area ideal to enjoy "al fresco" meals.
